Choose it if: You want a fixed model for eligible new subagents and have checked the alias.

Look elsewhere if: You require forks to be changed or need a guarantee that every spawn is pinned.

These are the source’s documented installation steps. Read the source, license and requirements first. Marketplace installation can use a different scope from a local --plugin-dir session. Restart Claude Code or use /reload-plugins afterward.

Use it after installation

Restart or /reload-plugins, then /fable-pin on, off or status.

Limitations & considerations

• Forks are skipped
• Errors can leave a spawn unpinned
• A hardcoded alias is not a promise of model availability

Use claude plugin validate on a downloaded directory to inspect declared behavior; validation does not certify safety. Check the official trust guidance before loading it.
